3. Acceptance Criteria

3.1 Search: Entering a suburb or address returns matching records within acceptable response time; results include Current Listings, Appraisals, and Sold where available.

3.2 Name search: Entering a person’s name returns contact records and clearly indicates Buyer or Seller role.

3.3 Templates: Templates can be selected, previewed with placeholders resolved, and sent; each sent item is recorded in the contact or property activity history.

3.4 Tasks: Tasks can be created, linked to contacts/listings, and can trigger one or more templated communications.
